360° filming & production
Film a real scene in every direction for total immersion.
What is it, in practice?
360° filming captures a real scene in every direction. Viewers, in a headset or on screen, choose their viewpoint and find themselves at the heart of the action.
Filming in 360° is not just filming wider: it is filming differently. There is no off-screen space any more, so nowhere to hide the crew or the lights. Success comes down to preparation, in camera placement and the choreography of the scene.
Done well, 360° filming offers a sense of immersion no conventional shot can match: viewers are in the place, in the middle of the event. It is an ideal format for showing a site or conveying an atmosphere.
How it works
Scout and prepare
We scout the location, choose the camera positions and prepare the scene for a 360° view.
Shoot
We capture the scene with a 360° camera, managing light, sound and positions with nothing off-screen.
Stitch and finish
The footage is stitched, stabilised, edited and finished with titles, sound and transitions.
Publish
The film is exported for the web and for headsets, depending on how it will be used.
