NooS and EVAVEO have designed a series of serious games on soft skills: the behavioural skills that make a real difference at work but are hard to learn in a classroom.
The idea is to put players in the situation. Instead of listening to theory, they work through a realistic scenario, make decisions and see the consequences. The module shown here, the sixth in the series, deals with conflict management.
Each episode can be played on its own and covers one specific skill, so you can build a tailored training pathway, one skill at a time.
