VR training

Immersive VR training

Put learners in real-life situations, inside a safe, repeatable simulated environment.

The idea

What is it, in practice?

VR training puts learners in real-life situations, inside a safe, repeatable simulated environment. They practise, make mistakes without consequences and repeat the task as many times as they need.

In the field, some situations are too rare, too dangerous or too expensive to train on. VR removes that constraint: it recreates those situations on demand and lets learners repeat them until they have mastered them.

The other benefit is hands-on practice. Learners do not revise a procedure, they carry it out. That active involvement, with its trial and error, embeds know-how far more firmly than theory on a page.

In practice

How it works

01

Pinpoint the skill to train

We choose a specific procedure or skill, where hands-on simulation adds the most.

02

Script the learning path

We break the learning into stages of increasing difficulty, with clear feedback at each one.

03

Produce the simulation

The environment, actions and reactions are modelled to reproduce real conditions faithfully.

04

Deploy and measure

Sessions are tracked: learner progress, sticking points, results by skill.

Use cases

When should you use it?

  • Practise a technical task or a procedure
  • Prepare for high-risk or emergency situations
  • Train for customer service and interpersonal situations

What we deliver

  • Learning scenario and 3D environment
  • Multi-headset VR application
  • Tracking of sessions and progress

Every project starts with scoping your needs and checking feasibility, before a single line of code.
